All repair jobs begin with a $50 intake and diagnostic fee. This allows our team to thoroughly inspect your equipment, identify the issue, and provide a clear repair estimate.
If you choose to move forward with the repair, that $50 is applied directly toward your labor costs.
If you decide not to proceed, the fee covers the time and expertise required to properly evaluate the equipment and outline next steps.
Turnaround & Approval
Once your equipment has been evaluated, we’ll provide:
- A detailed repair estimate
- Expected turnaround time
- Any alternative recommendations if repair is not cost-effective
No repair work is performed without your approval.
